• Learners will work in adult social care and have responsibility for providing person-centred,
values-driven care and support for those accessing the service.
• They will typically work under the direction of their manager or supervisor.
• Employees must be over 19 to complete the qualification.

Ofqual, the Regulator in England, monitor and review the process of accredited qualifications before and after they are listed in the Register of Regulated Qualifications. For the qualification to be accredited, Qualifi has to submit their proposed qualification programme against the regulatory requirements and, that Qualifi maintains the appropriate standards and quality for the design, development and delivery of its qualifications.

Qualifi provide vocational and academic pathways for learners to achieve the same recognition in learning.

Learners may choose to blend or cross pathways to achieve their career and education goal.
